This model was created with Sketchup 8, then converted to all other 3D formats. Its native format is .skp, while the 3ds Max scene is set for 2016, rendered with Vray 3.00. A lot of brilliant work went into it by Maberick Rocha, AirbusA330, WilliamT, and me putting in the final details. The entire model is perfectly realistic without a single problem. Thanks go out to everyone who contributed. I added control surfaces on the wings, made some slight color adjustments, fixed up the doors, removed the cockpit, added some small details, reorganized the grouping, revised the pylons, and concealed some lines. The 747 has been an incredibly popular freighter, hauling around half of all the world's air cargo. To maintain its position, Boeing designed a freight version of the 747-8, called the 747-8 Freighter or 747-8F. The company released the freight variant on November 14, 2005. It was the first model to enter service as the 747-8F is introduced. Just like on the 747-400F, the upper deck of this aircraft is shorter than passenger models; it has an 18-foot-3 and a half inch {5.575 m} extension before and just after the wing. It features a maximum takeoff weight of 975,000 lbs [442,000 kg] and can carry a total payload of 308,000 lb {140,000 kg}, while also offering a range of 4,390 nmi [8,130 km]. Four additional pallet spaces were created on the main deck, with either two extra containers or two extra pallets on the lower deck. This freighter model has a 16% lower operating cost per ton-mile than its counterpart and offers a slightly greater range.
