I beefed up the smaller details to ensure they work seamlessly with a standard 0.4mm nozzle. Although there are still some kinks in Slic3r, I'm confident that Cura will handle it without any issues. Feel free to scale it up and make it printable without supports. Scaling it to 130-150% should also give you the desired results.
