Temperature Module (Air and Water)

Temperature Module (Air and Water)

thingiverse

I'm building another module for my Delta printer's water cooling system as part of my ongoing project. This particular design combines multiple displays and a standard switch into one compact enclosure, making it easier to monitor key temperatures in real-time. The PTC sensors embedded in the displays allow me to track both air and water temperature accurately. To measure water temperature specifically, I've modified a shut-off valve with 4mm tubing to house the PTC sensor. To further optimize energy efficiency, I've added a switch that can be toggled on-demand during the printer's operation, allowing me to control when the cooling system is in use. All components are secured using a simple adhesive, while the back cover is fastened with M2x10mm screws for added stability. The module draws power from a standard 3-pin connector that plugs directly into my e-capsule.
