Temperature Controller Enclosure
thingiverse
This enclosure houses a low-cost temperature controller; attach the probe holder available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:117711. Initially, I faced printing issues due to fluctuating room temperature but managed to use the box. The opening for the controller required scraping as its width exceeded my measurements. Mount it with a single screw through the bottom of the case and the sensor, fan, and heater wires using the tapered hole. The elongated hole at the rear is for strain relief clips on power cords. A recess allows for proper clip placement on different materials. The lid, marked with specifications, leans against the side. The upper holes aid in cooling. Secure the lid using a #4 nut slid into the side tabs' pockets and CNC milled nameplate.
