Temp Towers for PLA, ABS, and PETG

Temp Towers for PLA, ABS, and PETG

thingiverse

These tweaked temp towers are based on gaaZolee's original design. The modifications I've made ensure the model's surface features stand out more clearly, which is a big plus when it comes to identifying ringing, blobbing, or overextrusion issues. To achieve this, I've scaled up the models by 150%, which does consume a bit more plastic but makes a noticeable difference. Additionally, I've adjusted the design so that the unnecessary text at the bottom of the model is no longer visible. As you print these temp towers, keep in mind that you don't have to print the entire structure each time. If the temperature block appears early on in the print job, underextrusion and potential clogging issues are likely to arise before the print finishes. Keep a close eye on your printer's performance while it's working on this part!
