My goal was to design a swift to print temperature test. I added a clip to the part so it could be attached directly to the spool it was printed with. It took approximately 30 minutes to print at a resolution of 0.15. I created three different variations: A temperature range from 190 to 220 degrees Celsius. A temperature range from 180 to 220 degrees Celsius. A temperature range from 200 to 240 degrees Celsius. A temperature range from 220 to 260 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature was placed at the bottom, with a 5mm increment per temperature step. Overhanging features reached up to 75 degrees in some areas. Roundness tests were incorporated onto the back. If you can envision additional geometries for testing, please feel free to share your ideas.
