Temp Mount for Robo3D R1
thingiverse
I created this housing unit specifically to hold a time/temp/voltage module that I acquired through eBay. The purpose is to install it discreetly in the back corner of my R1 printer, concealing any excess cables underneath. This housing is designed to accommodate the specified module, which can be found at http://amzn.to/1mSPpq2. For those interested, a video showcasing how this housing looks during time-lapse sequences is available on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q9rj_2LBn5E&index=10&list=PLx1Ra3aaO0TTxrMdf3hoAEnkolzrt1LmN. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Robo 3D Printer Model: R1 ABS + PLA Version Raft Settings: No Rafts Used Support Structures: Yes, Essential for Two Slots Holding Probe Cable Layer Resolution: 0.2mm Resolution Per Layer Infill Percentage: Minimal, at 0% Notes: Initially, I elected not to use supports but ultimately decided that supports were necessary due to the requirement of two slots that enable secure probe cable rest within the module housing.
