Temp and Flow Meter for K40 Laser

Based on @TechBravoTN's outstanding video on his K40 laser's cooling system, which can be viewed at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jftb_jcTy8. I sought to replicate a similar setup but with one key modification: completely enclosing the sensor to prevent stray laser light from seeping through the acrylic flow sensor block. Although it may be overkill considering CO2 laser light is generally unable to pass through clear materials. This design is specifically intended to adhere to the inside of the K40's laser tube compartment cover using double-stick tape. A stepped drill bit was used to create a ~1-1/8" hole, allowing for visual inspection of the flow. The model is designed to be printed without support. A ~5mm hole is provided (which may require some honing to perfect) for a 5mm LED light to illuminate the flow meter. Simply attach an appropriate resistor and wire it to a suitable power source. **Please exercise caution when working with lasers, as they can be hazardous. Before attempting this project, make sure you have a solid understanding of laser safety protocols. This model is provided "as-is" without any guarantees or warranties. If you choose to use it, do so at your own risk.** If you wish to modify the design, feel free to access it on OnShape at https://cad.onshape.com/documents/36509a0f17b629ff65e03012/w/b40768147751e0aee4f5c747/e/d9b013f37df1348abb6cdf22.
