The Tellermine 42 1/6 Model Was a German Anti-Tank Mine Used During WW2. The Tellermine 1942 was a highly effective anti-tank mine developed by the Germans during World War II. It represented an improvement over its predecessor, the Tellermine 35, and would eventually be replaced by the Tellermine 43. Despite being produced in large numbers - approximately 14 million were manufactured - only 1.4 million were actually deployed in the Jutland Peninsula during the war.
