Essential components include a 6mm screw shaft (customizable length), a 6mm nut, four 3.5mm x 10-15mm wood screws, a 5mm nut (for the GoPro), and two tubes - one with an internal diameter of 18mm and external diameter of 20mm, and another with an internal diameter of 20mm and variable external diameter. Assemble the parts by screwing the shaft into the cone, adding the red part, followed by the small tube (with two snicks), then assembling the pink part around the turquoise wheel named "molette inter.stl." Attach the 6mm nut, secure with the aforementioned component and wood screws, and fasten onto the shaft until the pink piece covers the small tube.
