I was determined to create two for my kids, as they insisted on being pirates one weekend. To satisfy their demand, I printed only the 27mm closed file. The 85mm closed version remains unprinted, but it has identical walls of approximately 1mm in thickness. This design might turn out a bit flimsy, so I plan to weld together the top section where the smallest gap between cylinders is about 0.3mm.
