I'm building from scratch, suggestions and help won't hurt. The telescope, a reflector (mirror D150 F750) Newton's system is what I'm working with. The actual diameter of the mirror is 153 mm. There's a facet that's 1 mm thick / 45 degrees. The thickness of the mirror is 18.5 mm. Between the mirror and the main part of the frame (in the places where bolt heads are installed) there are gaskets, each 0.5 mm thick.
