Telescope 3D model
cgtrader
A Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope model, comprising nine individual components (tripod, base, fork, telescope, telescope_accessory, finder lenses, primary and secondary lens groups, and optical system), is available as a production-ready 3D model with PBR materials, textures, and non-overlapping UV layout maps. The model is parented to enable realistic rotation and animation of its parts. Each object comes with its distinct non-overlapping UV layout map, material, and PBR texture set. The model features quads-only geometry (no tris/ngons), no poles, and is easily customizable through UV-unwrapped geometries that allow you to create or modify textures using the provided UV layout maps (in PNG format with alpha). All objects, materials, and textures have unique, meaningful names. The 3D model was created in Blender 3D Version 2.79 using Cycles for materials and exported as OBJ and FBX files. Textures were made in Substance Painter and are provided in PBR, V-Ray, Unity, and Unreal formats. Promo images showcase the model rendered in Cycles (Blender 3D 2.79) and include various wireframe views, screenshots of UV layouts, and UV layout maps. The FBX and OBJ files contain 8,7444 quad faces (174,888 tris), with a total of 88,963 vertices. The model adheres to real-world dimensions and has a uniform scale object with scene scale units in centimeters in Blender 3D. A PBR Multi-Engine Textures Pack is included, providing textures for various rendering engines and game engines. Cycles for Blender 3D, Vray for 3D Studio MAX, Unity 5 Standard Metallic, Unreal Engine 4, generic PBR Spec Gloss workflow, and generic PBR Metal Rough workflow are all covered in the pack. The textures have a resolution of 2048x2048 pixels and were created using Substance Painter. The model's main renderings were done in Blender 3D 2.79 + Cycles with an HDR Environment Texture, which is not included in the package.
