Teleprompter
thingiverse
This is an innovative teleprompter crafted from repurposed components, including an old LCD display from a HP laptop, a driver board, and a durable piece of glass. The LCD and hinges were salvaged from a discarded HP laptop, while the glass was carefully extracted from a retired Canon printer/scanner. The driver board was sourced from China. This versatile teleprompter can double as a Video-assist monitor due to its multiple input options, which include HDMI, VGA, Composite, CATV, and USB connections. Additionally, this device offers the flexibility of being powered by an NP-F style Sony battery, providing users with greater mobility and convenience. The STL's arrive in two distinct parts (left and right) due to limitations in print area. After printing, users will need to carefully glue these components together to assemble their teleprompter.
