Telemark ski binding V2 for Dynafit Radical

This is the 2019 version of my ski touring binding, put to the test this winter and still compatible with the "Dynafit Radical". The evolution of this design compares favorably to the previous version (V1 on thingiverse), boasting a stronger crampon holder that utilizes the part included in the "Dynafit Radical" front unit. The main plate is now comprised of two separate parts, with the crampon holder situated in between. The crampon's components are designed to fit the new style Dynafit Crampon (no need to drill into the crampon). To assemble this system, you will require: Dynafit "Radical" front units Dynafit ski crampons Voilé switchback climbing wires Voilé hardwide rods (short size) Cartbridge set Voilé or Rottefella (in black or blue color) Voilé or Black diamond Heel Clip The following fasteners are needed for assembly: Front Plate: 2 x M5 70 mm screws + 2 Nylstop nuts 4 x M5 16 mm washers Crampon Holder: 4 x M3 BTR 12mm screws + 4 M3 nuts 4 x M3 8mm washers Crampon Shim: 4 x M3 BTR 10 mm screws + 4 M3 nuts To secure the front binding unit, use alpine screws. For the transversal axis hole, use three telemark screws (20 mm total length). The following metal parts are required: 4 metal inserts (to connect the rods) => old Silvretta fixed ski crampon "mushroom". For uphill travel, this system is remarkably light (490g per pair all included), and I am currently using F1 or F3 Scarpa ski boots.
