I've designed a custom Telecaster model tailored for printing on an Ender 3 or equivalent 225mm printer bed. This full-size body is divided into 7 distinct pieces, plus additional accessories. The design was created using Tekla Structures by Trimble - a structural engineering software that I'm familiar with, despite being unconventional for this type of project. It was a challenging experience, but the tool proved effective. Here's my printing strategy: * Pieces 01-05: 5 perimeters with 10% infill * Pieces 06-07: 5 perimeters with 30% infill Important notes: * The visible slits on pieces 06-07 are intentionally designed to create reinforcing walls. * Make sure to adjust your Ender 3 bed dimensions to 225mm x 225mm (default is 220mm x 220mm) for optimal printing results.
