Tektronix 222 / 224 Lithium Battery Case
thingiverse
This is an enclosure for the lithium battery replacement for the Tektronix 222 and 224 mini oscilloscope as designed by kitsune-denshi. http://kitsune-denshi.net/projects:tek222bat The pdf file is the front label, print it out at 100% size so it fits perfectly. I printed it on paper sticker sheet in my laser printer and laminated it with clear packing tape. You'll need to add four M2.4x10mm screws or an equivalent size to screw the lid securely into place. I used countersunk screws, which required using a countersinking bit to drill out the plastic for a flush finish. However, there is space once the side panel on the scope is installed for normal pan head screws. You'll also need some 3mm diameter clear acrylic rod to act as light pipes for the LED's. I put heat shrink on them to prevent light bleed from occurring. Finally, some foam on the lid will keep it nice and snug once the side panel is reinstalled.
