Tekno NB48 2.0 MyLaps transponder strap
thingiverse
I added a picture of the print orientation to eliminate supports entirely. The hotend was heated up to 205c for optimal results. I also preheated the bed to 55c, ensuring a smooth and even finish. Thanks to these settings, I didn't need any supports or rafts, and my print came out exceptionally nice. Designed using TINKERCAD's user-friendly interface, I was able to bring this project to life with ease. I've attached two files for your convenience: one with a hole for LED integration and another without the hole for those who prefer it that way. When attaching the transponder to the radio tray, I highly recommend using 1 or 2 layers of double-sided tape on the underside for added security. This strap is specifically designed as an extra safety precaution, not meant to bear the full weight of the transponder. Any questions or comments are more than welcome – Happy Printing!
