The Teinturman's 3D Printer Enclosure Is an Easy-to-Build Solution for Your Reprap 3D Printer: The Features of This Enclosure Include: Everything fits within a 50x50x50 square enclosure. A cheap and easy-to-build design using common materials and printed parts is achieved. The enclosure can be built with detailed instructions, making it accessible to beginners. The inside of the printer can be viewed without opening the door, providing convenient access. A sliding door is included, allowing for easy entry and exit while taking up minimal space. The front side can be entirely removed for maintenance activities, ensuring smooth operation. An integrated LCD display case is also included for a sleek look. A spool holder, guide, and filter are all part of the design, making it a comprehensive solution. Minimal materials are required to build the enclosure: Wood cut at the shop saves time: (20€) Three medium-sized pieces of wood (10mm) are needed: 48cm x 48cm for support and sides One piece of medium-sized wood (10mm) is needed: 49cm x 50cm for the background Two pieces of medium-sized wood (10mm) are needed: 37cm x 50cm for the front and upper cover One piece of medium-sized wood (10mm) is needed: 17cm x 50cm for the control panel Twenty little pieces of wood or other materials are also required: 10mm x 10mm x 35 Six M3 screws and rods are included in the design. Plexiglass is used for transparency: 1.5 x 35 x 45 (9€) One hundred screws, 3.5mm x 13mm, are needed: (5€) Corners can be purchased or printed using black PLA filament. Detailed instructions on how to build the enclosure are included in a joined PDF file. The enclosure was built for an I3 Prusa from Emotion Tech V1.5 rework but should still be valid for any Reprap printer. A spool holder and perfect filament guide have also been designed to fit with the enclosure and the I3 Prusa, which will be published soon. Additional build notes include: The plexiglas needs to be 35 x 45, not 35x 50 (this will be updated in the PDF later) The upper cover can be cut into thirds for access via the roof of the box Slides are attached with a single screw and some glue may be needed for better fitment.
