This corner connector fits a 20x20 mm aluminum tube with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm. Screwed together with an M4 threaded insert and 15 mm M4 countersunk screws. The pins are 30 mm long, and I also made a "striking aid" in case the accuracy is not quite right and more force is needed to get the connectors into the tube. Support will be required under the pins. Used for a LUX-Tools Alubox from Obi with a capacity of 47 liters. From the aluminum profile, I needed just over 2 meters. Since the opening of the box is slightly smaller than the inner dimensions, I decided to make the angle piece adjustable.
