The top text "Welcome to" is shifted 65 pixels right and displayed in Orbitron font with size 12, while the bottom text "The TechLab" is positioned 65 pixels left and rotated 0 degrees using the same font but with a size of 15. The image is located 50 pixels down from the top and 22 pixels up from the bottom, sized at 20 units and rotated 0 degrees. Additionally, it is shifted 60 pixels to the left and embossed, with Rep2 style. Rotate Image option was set to 0.
