A 10" stainless steel Tee enables backflow in an ultra violet system that converts fryer grease particles into dust. This prevents the dispersal of grease in the air and surrounding areas. The UV chamber, positioned next in the flow design, transforms fryer grease to dust, which can be easily swept from the transition chamber. To ensure grease flows back to its source during non-operational times, a downflow system is implemented in this Tee's design. The upper unit has a pitch that returns solids down the shaft (vent). Crafted from 16 ga 304 SS laser-cut, rolled, and welded materials, it features multiple tabs for efficient roll forming. Flanges are at least 0.125" thick with high-temperature gasketing material between them, clamped and bolted. Designed this way to facilitate the easy addition of probes for flow and temperature control, it's essentially enhanced ducting aimed at aiding in system design.
