Ted Name Keychain
thingiverse
Ted is creating his custom 3D model on Thingiverse using the Customizer app, specifically the "834725" design. The creator, Ted, has tailored his model with a few unique settings. For the text element of this 3D print project, Ted chose "Anton," specifying it to appear. With the font name clearly stated as "Anton", Ted is selecting this distinct typeface for his personalized 3D printed output. Rotating the 3D object that Ted is printing with precision, he sets it at exactly 55 degrees in relation to a standard reference plane. As far as text rendering within this print project is concerned, Ted desires it appear at specific heights from the base: beginning at 10mm for the primary section of text, transitioning smoothly upwards to a height of about 7.5mm at midpoint before gently reaching 8.8mm as it terminates. A very small tweak has been added here to alter the horizontal positioning by an extra half-millimeter along the x-axis relative to an initial centerpoint set 20mm inward from the outside edges. Spacing requirements were defined carefully with an array of [10, 10.6, and 11.9] - Ted deliberately chooses to create space of 1 full millimeter as the smallest separation distance. For further customization, Ted decides he needs this design feature which is meant to have looped elements: specifying eight distinct positioning points through which text will shift smoothly as we go from one printed point of Ted's creation. And at these unique looping spots along a standard circle when all combined – it gives us precisely 360 full turns or 'rotations' around any given axis when all elements blend. A twisting element to make design slightly different with a degree set at about 1 for the overall look, so the text flows in some way through multiple planes when we observe it after completion.
