This weekend, a critical locking lever on one of my TecWall (Slotwall) hooks shattered into fragments. Fortuitously, I had an intact spare that I was able to rebuild in FreeCad. Today, I printed the replacement part and it functioned flawlessly. I experimented with various printing orientations and I strongly advise printing the lever with its center axis aligned horizontally and incorporating supports rather than printing it vertically, as this yields more durable results. The lever was successfully printed with 100% infill density.
