Keep in mind that greyed-out photos feature older stumpy legs/feet models. You should be able to view newer ODST leg models for better results. The older models are still available for download if you prefer them! The "TTsquad#ct#of#" files contain the latest versions of Thralls and come in bite-sized squad (or fireteam) numbers, making it easy to mix and match different combinations. Here's what I've changed: I elongated the mouth section slightly to better match the original FW minis' jutting chin look. This was a detail I missed until I looked through more reference pictures. I added a single robotic leg to one of the human arm-wielding models, giving it a unique pose that adds variation within the squad. I flipped some models to create the illusion of diversity within the squad. I created a model in a slight crouch position and another with its gun aimed away from the body for easier painting. In the "TTsquad..." files, you'll find models with detached arms, making it simpler to paint on the side facing the body. You can also experiment with changing arm positions. You can separate Thralls using TinkerCAD if a specific pose or body type is part of the "TTsquad" sets!
