Technics style overhang gauge

6/21/18: Added a v6 that exactly matches the height of the original Technics gauge. Also added several more pics showing the difference between v4 and the actual Technics gauge Fourth pic is the height difference between v6 and v4, fifth pic is v6-Original-v4 ****************************************************************************************** 6/20/18: I decided to use a bunch of overhang gauges to make a cartridge mounting box, but I couldn't find one to print, so I created my own solution. I didn't have the real gauge with me when making this, so it's slightly different from the original one, yet still works perfectly. I've included a hollowed out version and a solid version (Both v4). There is also a slightly shorter version (~10mm shorter), but I haven't tried printing it yet and I'm not sure if it will work. Unlike the original, the slit at the top doesn't go all the way through. It's designed to still allow any headshell with this style connector (the one on the SL1200) to fit flush with or without a gasket. The overall length to the tip remains 52mm. The gap at the top might be a bit tight if your printer doesn't have good tolerance, so it's probably best to print this one at higher resolutions or be prepared to file it open. I printed mine on an Anycubic Photon DLP resin printer, but I haven't tried printing it yet with my FDM printer.
