I don't know how these knobs go missing but I got hold of two such cassette decks and both had one knob missing. They are unusually deep and I could not find a suitable replacement, so I designed a 3D printed one. The knob might be good for many more Technics cassette decks. Slice and print as usual. I have attached the scad file so that it can be customised if required.
