<p>The Teavana Teapot is an easy way to brew loose leaf tea. Put in your tea leaves and hot water, let it steep, then set it on top of your mug, and the tea will drain through a strainer out of the bottom. It comes with a base plate to catch any drips while steeping and storing. I picked up a second one I found at a thrift shop, but it was missing the base. This design is a quick replacement that I created for it.</p><p>I printed the pictured one in TPU on the textured PEI plate, hoping that the more rubbery material and the textured bottom would give it a little more grip to not slide on the table, but any material should work. The print is mostly top and bottom layers, so the slower print speed for TPU makes it take much longer to complete. Slicing for PETG gave just under two hours of print time vs. six hours for TPU.</p>
