Here are some improvements made years ago, but one drawback: you have to disassemble the lamp just to replace the light bulb.\nTo overcome this flaw, let's reorganize the horizontal sections from the original blueprint.\nAssemble two separate parts. Leave an alternate layer of each part exposed while assembling, with an open end. Then route the wire holding the new bulb into one part and slide it over to the other section.
