Teardrop Earrings

In this project, I wanted a design that specifically required 3-D printing techniques. The design needed to be elegant, intricate with a unique look combined with a classic silhouette. I am drawn to geometric art, so my goal was to create a piece with precise, almost mathematical shapes. For material and process, ABS or casting wax for later gold or silver casting were considered. I hope the final design evokes emotion in the wearer and sparks interest among onlookers.
