The entire structure is made from 3mm material, which provides a sturdy base for this challenging obstacle. Ideally, the main road surface should be hardboard (Masonite), which laser cuts poorly but offers a rough texture for extra grip. The large size of the parts - each measuring 500 mm long - adds to the excitement. To ensure a smooth ride, it's recommended that you stick some folded gaffer tape to the ends of the ramp to achieve a tighter fit on the floor. The cutting and assembly process is relatively straightforward, making this obstacle accessible to enthusiasts of all skill levels.
