I quickly created a Team Valor badge in Photoshop and converted it into an .stl file. Go red team! I'm printing with my Prusa i3 RepRap printer. Here are the print settings: Printer brand is RepRap, printer model is Prusa i3. I'm not using rafts or supports. Resolution is 0.2mm and infill is at 40%. Notes: I printed it with a 0.8mm nozzle, but it will look even better with a 0.4mm nozzle.
