Team Orion Vortex R10 / R8 ESC mount for Traxxas Slash

<p>Hi,</p> <p>This is a mount for my Team Orion Vortex R10 ESC / speed controller to be mounted on a stock Traxxas Slash frame.</p> <p>A friend gave me the idea to make it this way.</p> <p>The mount will press down the ESC once it's bolted to the frame of the rc car. It uses the same mountingholes as the stock Traxxas ESC (Velineon VXL-3S), therefore this will fit any car that uses this stock ESC.</p> <p>The Vortex-series ESC all have the same size, so this mount should work without any changes to the files.</p> <p>For mounting, you can slide the mount over the ESC from the side, then turn it the right way up and put it over the ESC (you'll figure it out :^) )</p> <p>I've uploaded the .ipt file so you can change the dimensions of the mount. Take a look at sketch 1 of width and length, and at the extrusions for hight (if opened in Autodesk Inventor).
