Based on the Pokémon Go accessory, the Pokémon Go Plus, it has the Team Mystic symbol prominently displayed; unfortunately, it cannot be connected to your phone to alert you when a Pokémon is nearby. To wear this accessory on your wrist, you may need to use your own velcro or some type of wristband. If you have printed one and would like to share how it went, please let me know what modifications I can make for future versions. Edit: The Team Mystic logo has been re-designed to match the in-game version. If you download the parts and print the top, middle, and bottom sections, hot glue is recommended to assemble them together.
