This is an adapter clamp designed specifically for early Losi non-threaded shock bodies. I encountered difficulties printing other versions with rounded screw mounts, which led me to create one with squared shoulders for straightforward printing without supports. Only a single orientation is included in the design. To produce both versions, simply duplicate the object and mirror it within your slicer. The clamp's edges may bond together upon printing due to printer settings; I found that inserting a hobby knife into the groove and gently tapping on the blade with a screwdriver handle suffices to dislodge the pieces. Required post-processing tasks include drilling a 4-40 tap for the screw threads, a 1/8 drill bit to clear out the through hole for the screw, and a 3/16" drill bit to refine the countersink for the screw head. These operations are quick and simple to perform by hand. Alternatively, you could drive in a 4-40 screw and let it do the work; however, this approach is more likely to cause material cracking.
