This is a pair of front bulkheads designed for Team Losi RC vehicles in their first generation. The blocky version fits graphite chassis models such as jrx-2, jrx-t, and jrx-pro with precision. Meanwhile, the rounded version, featuring top face screw holes, accommodates these plus Junior-2, Junior-T, and pro-se models with ease. These bulkheads are not direct copies of originals but are designed to be functionally equivalent, perfect for runners looking to preserve their original parts. This way, you can keep your valuable pieces safe while still enjoying the benefits of a reliable upgrade. When printing these bulkheads, I use 100% infill with supports, positioning the bulkhead on its back edge and rotating it by 45 degrees so that the infill runs parallel to the bulkhead. This approach yields a smoother finish, as shown in the Slic3r screenshot. Post-processing requires some extra effort: you'll need a 4-40 tap set and an 8/32 drill set to ream out and prepare the mounting holes for secure installation. Simply using a screw without proper preparation will lead to cracked plastic. Additionally, use a 1/8" drill followed by a .126" fluted reamer to clear the hinge pin holes for a precise fit.
