TF2 Scout Scattergun Cosplay Prop I built, it's roughly the same size as the in-game model. REQUIRES: - 2x 22.5cm PVC tubes (outer diameter 32mm) - 6m3 screws (2x 30mm long, 4x 10mm long) - Foam for the foregrip - Hot glue - Paint - Rubber band You'll need to shape the foregrip from foam, which should be a relatively simple task. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS First, print all parts. Next, ensure the screws fit into the holes. You can attach the stock to the trigger block first or last. Place the rubber band on the trigger, then screw it into the trigger block, followed by the lever. Insert the stock holder into the mag rear; it's a snug fit, so sand if necessary. Put the rubber band in the hook of the lever (or use an additional rubber band), slide the trigger block over the stock holder, and place the rubber band in the hook of the stock holder (also a tight fit). Then, attach the barrels to the mag front using hot glue; you should have 19cm of barrel protruding from the mag front. Next, attach the top rail and sights. Place the mag front on, secure it with screws, add the foregrip and stock if you haven't done so already, sand, paint, and you're finished!
