Team Badges

My twin sons celebrated their tenth birthday with a Nerf gun battle party. To add more fun to the event, they divided their friends into three teams: Spartans, Destroyers, and Russians. We made team badges for each kid, starting with Google Images artwork, then using Photoshop to add text and borders while creating greyscale heightmaps (white for thickest, black for outside the badge). The 2D images were turned into STL files through Heightmap to STL code, and we printed the badges in four colors to represent different teams.
