I designed this because the nylon pistons from Team Associated was too expensive ($AUD 22 for 4). The dimensions are: 12.8mm diametre 2.4mm total piston thickness 2mm piston disk thickness 2.4mm centre hole Update 20230313: Added new file for a 12.95mm piston with a rounded profile to match the OEM nylon pistons. dispite a 12.95 dimension, it printed to 12.8 on my 3d printer settings below. The disk is solid to allow you to drill any number of preferred sized holes as required, just make sure you drill them far enough out from the centre so that it's not covered by the metal shim on the shock shaft. I printed mine on and Ender 3 v2, using PLA, 0.15 layer height, 0.4mm line thickness, 2 walls, solid infil, 97% flow for top and bottome layers to create a slightly bevelled side wall like the stock nylons. You may need to drill out the centre hole depending on how well you calibrated your machine. Happy RCing!
