The model includes one polygonal mesh object, non-overlapping UV layout, and PBR textures set. All necessary files are provided with preview images showcasing the model's features. The 3D model is a high poly asset designed for use in archviz or product shot renderings. It comes with PBR materials, textures, and non-overlapping UV layout maps, easily customizable by editing textures using the provided non-overlapping UV layout map and diffuse (albedo) textures. Each object, material, or texture is named uniquely and meaningfully. The model has been created in Blender 3D with Cycles materials and 3DS Max 2012 with V-Ray Adv 2.30.02, exported to other formats. Promo images showcase its rendering capabilities in different software, including Cycles for Blender 3D, V-Ray Adv 2.30.02 for 3DS Max 2012, and wireframe images, screenshots from the Blender 3D scene displaying UV layouts, a Unity 5 screenshot, and other image types like UV layouts. The model includes one object (mesh), one PBR material, and non-overlapping UV layout maps in various formats such as 3DS, FBX, OBJ, Unitypackage (Unity 5 with Metallic Workflow Standard Shader materials and textures), 3D Studio Max 2012 (V-Ray Adv 2.30.02 materials), BLEND (Blender 3D 2.77 Cycles materials with a PBR shader and colors), and png files with alpha for UV layout maps, PBR textures, and other renderings. The model features one object (mesh), one PBR material (in Unity Package, in Blender Cycles, and in 3D Studio Max V-Ray scenes), UV unwrapped non-overlapping UV Layout map provided in the package, and UV-mapped textures with resolutions of 2048x2048, made with Substance Painter 2. It consists of 555 vertices and 516 quad faces (1032 tris) while maintaining a polygonal structure of quads only, no poles.
