I reckon a $500 drone deserves a reliable parachute system. This cover fits snugly around the Mars Mini v2 chute, with a small notch to route wiring from the servo underneath. As far as I know, the Teal Sport can't directly control the servo, but adding a simple board could tap into power and establish an emergency communication link. The Mars Mini is spring-loaded and should deploy safely between the rear propellers, but if the chute's needed, the risk of striking cheap props seems minor compared to other concerns.
