I created a teabag dispenser for my wife and now even she's enjoying having a 3D-printer at home. I made a medium version and a big one, since we had different sizes on the teabags. The medium version takes teabags that are 62x70mm in size, while the big version is designed to hold teabags measuring 65x72mm. To make it more space-efficient, I glued the dispenser to the inside of a door rather than attaching it to the wall with screws. The idea for this project was inspired by another thing I found on Thingiverse. Print Settings: I didn't use rafts while printing and decided not to print supports either. I chose a 0.2mm resolution and filled in 20% of the object's volume during printing. I printed the outer shells at 0.8mm, which resulted in a very fine print with no issues. A typical print took around 4h 45 mins using my UMO machine. Post-Printing: Minimal post-printing work is required. Some strings might remain inside the voronoi gutter and some softening may be necessary to smoothen out the edges. I designed this object in solid edge ST 7 to ensure it has the right body size. Later, I used TinkerCAD to add a voronoi pattern.
