Odd item. A tealight holder that sits on the end of a dowel rod. A solution a to a problem a teacher had while helping with the school play. "how could they attach an LED tealight to the end of a dowel rod?" I just bought a 3d printer. Lulzbot mini. This was my first attempt at anything in openSCAD. Seriously, I just picked up the program today and read a few tutorials. The item isn't complicated and this is only the first iteration. The print turned out really nice (again, I don't have many standards yet since this is the 12th actual print I've ever done period. I was super pleased with myself. ) I plan on just making everything thicker in general, but the items I need to measure aren't available so I figure at least some proof of concept would be nice to show them.
