Tea Light Lantern that is about 5 1/8 (130mm)tall All the STL files are oriented for the way I printed them.I have 3 styles of Tea Lights I wanted to use and found they were all different diameters. This is why there are lenses with 3 different diameter holes (36, 37.1 and 37.76mm). EXAMPLE: The 36mm is the light hole size that is .2mm larger than the 35.8mm Tea Light and is a snug fit.Small XY scale changes or a coating of super glue should enable a fit for other sizes.I printed the lenses with White glow in the dark ABS as it is not as opaque as PLA.They were printed using 0.4mm nozzle0.2mm layer height100% infillraft and supports Touching Buildplate neededCage and ChimneyPLA0.4mm nozzle0.2mm layer height20% infillraft and supports Touching Buildplate neededLantern Base and Top ConePLA0.4mm nozzle0.2mm layer height20% infillNO raft or supports neededHandle PLA 0.4mm nozzle0.2mm layer height20% infillHandle required a little extra setup because I wanted the Hinge area to be 100% infill and the rest 20% I used the support blocker (in Ultimaker Cura)to make the Hinge area 100% infill See the print screen for the Handle setting example ( I assume all slicers have this ability). The other choice would be to use an infill you feel would work for the entire Handle. raft and supports Touching Buildplate neededYou will also need 3 pcs #4 x 1/2 sheet metal screws, I have no idea what that would be in metric.1 to attach the chimney to the top cone and then 2 for attaching the cage to the base. The hole sizes I used for the screws are as follows. Clearance hole for the screw = 4mm Clearance hole for screw head = 6.2mm depth 3mm Thread hole for the screw = 2.7mm The pins on the Handle are long enough for the end to be melted to lock them to the Lantern and still be movable. A soldering iron will do the job nicely.
