Place this showstopper over a battery-powered tea light and unleash an eerie glow at your next Halloween bash. I admit it; this is my fourth Halloween-themed tea light decoration. But hey, Claude Monet painted dozens of water lilies in his backyard, and Frida Kahlo made 55 self-portraits – so I'm simply following suit. As artists do, we explore different mediums and themes.
