This is my very first tea bowl designed entirely from scratch using CAD software. My main objectives with this design were accurately scaled features, including the raised base, tea pool area, and a comfortably rounded mouth shape. The last feature requires some additional work, possibly in post-processing. (I performed some initial sanding on the piece shown in the photographs – you can see where supports attached to the underside have left marks that I haven't been able to remove yet.)
