TCS3472 I2C color sensor for fischertechnik
thingiverse
A case for the narrow "two hole" version of the TCS3472 PCB from aliexpress/ebay. You'll need to cut the two flanges of the PCB to make it fit. See the photos for cabling and assembly. Use a 9x3 strip of perfboard cut to size for the I2C connectors and pins. The two extra pins can be used to either - make the LED and INT pins available -> connect the LED and INT pins or - disable the built-in LEDs with a jumper or external switch -> connect the LED and GND pins BTW: If you, like me, wonder about the difference between TCS3472 and TCS34725 - there is none, the latter is just the variant of the chip with address 0x29 and flexible, i.e. non 1.8V, I2C bus voltage. __Materials and methods__ I used PETG as it is more flexible, PLA might break when you push both parts together. Both parts can be printed without supports, if rotated accordingly. Previously published at [Youmagine](https://www.youmagine.com/juh3d/designs)
