The original 3D model was initially designed with Sketchup version 13 and later transformed into numerous other formats. Its native file type is .skp. When the scene was transferred to 3ds Max 2016, it required Vray 3.00 for proper rendering. The mall is a modest complex comprising mostly small retail shops offering apparel, accessories, and an assortment of products. Situated on the ground floor is a toy store, while the upper level is primarily occupied by Palatine Shoe Company. Also housed within this large office space are a grocery store known as Mercury, a pharmacy, and no less than 36 additional businesses, including six restaurants, catering to various tastes.
