TBS Vendetta Custom camera mount
thingiverse
I designed this mount so I can use my runcam 2 on my vendetta without having around 30% of the view blocked by the front bumper. The tbs zerozero with default lens is a few mm longer than newer cameras, so this moves the camera forward so the lens is placed where it sees past the bumper. It's a bit thicker than the original tbs camera mount since I used normal elegoo resin to print it, and I'm hoping that will help it survive a bit longer. I also tried it on a foxeer arrow v3, and it fits nicely as well. Print resolution should be 0.050mm, since M2 threads are actually embedded in the model and come out nicely from the printer. I've included the camera mount stl and ready to print with supports. Just to be clear, two mounts are needed to mount a camera. To print, peel off supports (start from the thick round part and all supports should just pop off), cure, and finish up with some uv protective varnish. Mounting instructions: - Remove old camera mounts - Remove 10mm screws from the round bits that fix the camera mount to the bumper - Replace them with 12mm M2 screws - Use 10mm screws to mount the camera mount to the backside of the fpv camera - Fix the angle with two smaller screws to the back (needs to be kind of steep, otherwise you need to make a bigger canal in the bumper for a wide-angle lens to fit) - Insert everything into the chassis and put on the bumper - Screw in the bumper screws, which should now be 12mm M2.
