TBS Unify Pro32 HV Bracket
thingiverse
This bracket is designed to securely attach the TBS Unify Pro32 HV VTx on standard 30.5mm x 30.5mm mounting holes. A bottom plate is not included, as it was directly mounted onto carbon fibre at the base of the stack or used separately for enhanced heat dissipation, following the manufacturer's instructions. The bracket features holes that are precisely modelled to 2.8mm in diameter for optimal threading performance. I strongly suggest using M3 metal screws to thread the holes if you plan on mounting with nylon screws to ensure a secure connection. This design includes cut-outs specifically tailored for the USB port, as well as the cable connector and MMCX-SMA pigtail. This allows for unobstructed rotation of the MMCX end of the pigtail without exerting any strain on the connector. Enjoy your printed bracket! **Update 24 February 2020** A modification has been made to the wall thickness of the mounting post adjacent to the USB cut-out. In the original model, this wall was too thin and could not be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle. This adjustment may make it more challenging for certain USB connectors to fit through the cut-out.
